Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University. I teach Advanced Employment Law in the University's Master of Administrative Science Program. I am also an adjunct professor in the University's Paralegal Studies Program. I have collaborated with the Paralegal Studies Program Director to design the Program's Advanced Contract Law class and I serve on the Program's Board of Advisors. To date, I have instructed over two thousand credit hours in the subjects of Corporate Law, Advanced Contract Law, Employment Law, and Legal Research & Writing. Georgian Court University I am a doctorally qualified adjunct professor at Georgian Court University where I teach Business Law and Employment Law in the University's undergraduate studies program, and also teach The Global and Legal Environments of Business in the University's Executive MBA Program. Montclair State University I am an adjunct professor at Montclair State University where I teach The Legal, Ethical and Global Environment of Business in the University's undergraduate studies program. Union County College I am an adjunct professor at Union County College where I teach Employment Law in the College's Paralegal Studies Program. In addition, I serve on the Program's Board of Advisors. New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. I am approved and licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy to sponsor and conduct for-credit Continuing Professional Education lectures/programs in the area of Business Law. New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. I lecture and conduct a for-credit seminar on legal aspects of business sales and acquisitions. Adult Education. I lecture on the subject of business law at adult schools and programs. I conduct lectures and courses at the Watchung Hills Adult School and the North Plainfield Community Adult School.
