Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am an adjunct professor in the Fairleigh Dickinson University Paralegal Studies Program where I instruct courses in Corporate Law, Contract Law and Employment Law. I collaborated with the Program Director to design the Contract Law class. In addition, I am a member of the Program's Board of Advisors. New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. I am approved and licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy to sponsor and conduct for-credit Continuing Professional Education lectures/programs in the area of Business Law. New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. I lecture and conduct a for-credit seminar on legal aspects of business sales and acquisitions. Adult Education. I lecture on the subject of business law at adult schools and programs. I conduct lectures and courses at the Watchung Hills Adult School and the North Plainfield Community Adult School.
